Appointments by phone or online take place on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
In-person appointments on Tuesdays take place at Soullife, Rebbergstrasse 17, Oberlunkhofen.
In-person appointments on Thursdays take place at Silentpower in Zurich-Altstetten till End of August 2026. Starting September 2026 the in-person appointments on Thursdays are at Gesundheitszentrum im Wiesenthalpark, Wiesentalstrasse 8H, Bergdietikon.
