Our world is dominated by the Yang energy: doing lots and more, and the feelings of “less than” and “not good enough”. This has created a disharmony in our system, which we’ll balance out in class by bringing our focus inward, nurturing and taking care of ourselves, and creating a safe space to just BE. We’ll enjoy this stillness, let the muscles soften, and the body relax into the Yin poses.

The chanted mantras and songs will support this process by clearing the chakras and balancing out our whole system. Dive deep into the vibrations of my voice and feel renewed and energized when you walk out of Stadtyoga!
