I deeply believe that human beings must be looked at in their entirety. I continuously see people neglect different parts of themselves, most often their emotions. This will work until it won’t anymore. Until every suppressed thing starts to build up so much tension that it starts to spill over and triggers an avalanche of feelings that absolutely overwhelms the person, cause it’s just too much to handle at once. Or someone gets stuck in a mind loop (your thoughts go in circles) and tries to get out of it, but instead has the feeling that they are falling deeper and deeper into a black hole, and in the end they almost despair.
We all have different parts of ourselves that should all be looked at, cleared, and aligned. A human being in their wholeness – aligned and honoring all their parts – can clearly see their path, move forward and be happy, at peace, and abundant on all levels.
